How to Maintenance Your Carriages on Inspire Fitness Functional Trainers 

The carriage rattles and makes noise like PowerBlocks when you use it for exercises. It's not manufactured properly. I tightened everything so it's a manufacturer issue.

What do we do when the bushings go bad ?

When I engage the Smith bar with the carriages I'm getting misalignment by 1, so it will rest at 9 on one side and 10 on the other. Any ideas?

FT1 did not come with lube. I was told to use 100% silicone

How do you replace the Linear bearing shaft?

Looking at buying one of these. Does the documentation provide torque specifications for the bolts? I am a huge fan of torque calibration, even for tiny screws.
