Nice video, Nothing beats engaging an expert in any trade, selfishness and greed has hindered many from doing this and they ended up running huge losses
@@jasongagnon5526 there are many investment opportunities I do like FX trading, stock, bond trading, dollar exchange, PAMM. All of this are taken care of my account manager.
Great information. One of my new part time while have a full time jobs sold $3 million his first year and capped again in 2 months that is $80k gross commission in 2 months.
Thank you so much that is a big goal for me. I have been licensed for 5 months and have been working full time for two months. I haven't made a sale yet, but my network is getting huge.
I actually joined EXP and my commission split is 60/40 20% going towards a mentor ( I dont want) and 20% going towards EXP.. I love how you break it down, Some ppl dont understand Real Estate
EJ, you only pay for the mentor program for a very limited time, right? (It's changed since I started, but then it was only for the first 3 transactions.)
I am taking my course right now to get my license, and I've seen so many videos that made me doubt if I am doing the right thing , but after listening to you I got more motivated , and not to give up on myself . Thank You! You are very inspiring !
Cold calling and door knocking are traditional sales methods that's been working for decades. I've seen some vids of people claiming it's something that doesn't work and the internet should be the only way to go. Just explore all avenues of reaching out to people and use them all, just stop being scared of striking real conversations with real people, technology will never replace a human being. It's healthy that we go out and get human interaction. Anyway though, I like this woman's videos
Thank you for this video! I’m a 17 year old woman wanting to pursue this career when I am 18 and I live in the DFW area😁 I will definitely look into your phamily!
This the most transparent and positive video. Every video i see . Every realtor on YT just down play it or just doesn’t sound encouraging. & actually scare people or make them doubt but ur video just motivated me . Subscribed!
Wow, you are SO good! Your mama must be so proud. You are like a bright shining star with all this amazing info and that contagious smile! Anyone would be lucky to work with you! Thanks for doing all this!
So informative. So glad I stumbled upon you. I’m getting ready to begin studying for my real estate license. I look forward to looking at all of your videos
Wow you are really helping me. I plan on getting my license once I graduate college next year and your channel has helped me map out my real estate career, so thankful you post videos like this for future agents!!!
Taking my real estate course. Met a friend from class and referred her to your channel. She loves what she heard about eXp! So crossing my fingers for both of us to began our journey with you and your team! 😁 @chauncey
New subscriber here! I must say...I've watched multiple real estate videos looking for advice and tips and your video has resonated with me THE MOST! Your personality, expertise, and the way your video is edited, WOW! I'm so glad I found you. Thanks for doing what you do!
Hi Chauncey I'm looking into get into the relator business and I just finished watching your video . Even tho it was posted 2 years ago hopefully you can still see this comment . I don't comment on people videos so I don't know how the response gets returned . I really would like your advice on how to start in the business pointers what to do and not do . Guess looking for some good solid guidance . I want to take my family to the next level and actually start living life . Show them and myself things in life we are missing .
I totally feel you about putting your face on & doing a handful of videos to take advantage hahaha. Just saw your interview on Joshua smith’s channel & subscribed so fast! You are awesome!!! 😘
She definitely brings fresh air to the real estate learning experience, very positive, honest clear commutation that everyone can understand, then apply the same methods! Highly recommendable, thank you!
I am just starting to follow you Chhauncey. I love your content and I'm considering switching from Exit to EXP. You are drop dead gorgeous, funny and personable with other people in your videos. Please stop cussing and you are a Beautiful Black Queen. I hope you don't take this unsolicited advice in the wrong way, but you are a Beautiful Black Queen.
Sure as shit won’t stop cussing, but I’m happy that you find the content valuable! If you’d like to chat more about making the move from EXIT, book a call - link is in the description. Would love to see if we’re a good fit 😉
I have so much I have to digest omg this is amazing! I’m going to start my real estate vision board tomorrow. These tips are different from everything I’ve been hearing! Thank you! This all makes sense to me as a PR major! 💕
Your tips are so on point!! I love your videos! I’m with another brokerage which I love and I just left my team after only 8 months of being licensed. I’m closing my 7th deal Thursday and it’s unfortunate that all my previous deals are recorded under the team and not me. I’d think it would look so much better on Yelp and Zillow! I’m on my way though and ready to kill it!!! Thank you for your amazing tips!!
Thank you for posting this! Going to be studying for my Texas RE soon!! Our family is relocating to Texas this year ! I’m excited to get started I know it’s gonna be work but I’m ready!!
I just started my real estate courses here in california.....and I did the math by your numbers. The average home here in LA is 715,000..so you're telling me I only have to sell one to two homes a month to make 20k?! It seems unbelievable. Like why isn't everyone doing this? 😳
With all do respect you are beautiful , your voice is pleasant to listen too , the way you talk about things is so much easier to understand , I'm not a real estate agent but interested in it , probably going to start taking classes within the next months , have seen others try and explain real estate but trust me they do not compare , your on the next level hands down without a doubt , I will continue to watch your videos and wish you all the best , keep being you and thank you for the information you provide me and all of us that want a definetly better change , god bless for many more years
I don't know if you'll ever read this but i'm 14 and my dream is to become a realtor... I'm just confused because I'm not sure for when I become a realtor. Should I work for a real estate company and work my way into having my own big company? or start out making a company from scratch by contacting as many people as you stated to become buyer clients. I have a lot of questions, and I was wondering if I can make an appointment for a call even though i'm 14 haha.
You want to start by getting your license and in most states you have to be at least 18 years old. I'm sure a local office would be willing to have you do a internship in the meantime. You become a realtor first and then you can become a broker by taking another test. Every state is different but where I do real estate you need to have your real estate license for 2 years first and you have to have sold a few homes during that time before you can become a broker. I said all that to say you can't just open up a real estate office from scratch, you need to be a broker to have your own office. Good luck
Hello Chauncey, I am a unlicensed civilian and I have a great foundation started but I am working on consistency so I can be efficient when I’m a realtor. Can you produce a video of the mindset to have and what to be ready for etc. I would like to know because I’m getting ready to start schooling and am working on being consistent and efficient with my time management , habits are being changed etc so just comment back please or make video would be better so everyone can see! Also it’s just nice to hear other perspectives on things and opinions from people are doing it and what to expect I appreciate
Thank you Thank you Thank you. I am a Visual Merchandise Stylist at Saks and have wanted to get into Real Estate for years. I am looking at online classes now and started to also look at RU-vid videos for more information and I am soooo glad I came across yours since the first few made me feel like this wasn't the best idea.
I just came across your channel a few days ago and I love them. I'm almost finished with my prelicensing courses and plan on taking the MD real estate exam next month. Your videos have been very helpful and informative. Thanks.
I feel like I have an instinct for this business. After hearing your thoughts process and weeding through to the root of how to get these clients I see that I have real applicable experience to draw from. I have practiced these basic marketing strategies in other businesses and I can't wait to start.
Great job and excellent video. Can you please answer a question for me. I just got my Real Estate Agent license in Virginia. What should I do next.. I mean like who should I work for to learn the basics. I really appreciate your help!
I’ve just passed my RE exam.. I’m trying to decide which brokerage to go with. There are so many fee’s that I wasn’t expecting starting out, especially since money is lower trying to get started. I’m gonna be starting in a brand new state, not knowing a soul... but here I go!
Chauncey!! 🙋🏽♀️ I have a question what brokers/companies are good in Houston area? I’ve heard nothing but great things about Keller Williams for agents that are starting out and need a “team”... can you give some tips on how to search for the right place ?
Great video i wish i would have made different choices now lol awwwwwwww😭😭😭😭😭🤣. Thank you for this video i got to take more action and talk to more people👍.
Wow definitely inspiring! I do plan on taking my state exam soon! You are correct, it is about the mindset. Right now I'm a cna and it's definitely a knocker imagining coming home with a check I'd have to work months straight to see!
No particular books or videos, but I have a mini-course that's super helpful for folks that struggle with the basics. www.myrealestaterebel.com/ Discount Code: REBEL10 Hope you find value in it like others have! Super affordable and lays it all out!
