Hello everybody!
Very important video today! How to make less mistakes on the padel court! Which is very important of course. You tend to win more points when you make less mistakes.
But how do you make less mistakes? Well.. This depends on some factors that we are going to explain today:
- Shot purpose method
- Technical breaking point
- SPED method
- The body box
Hope this helps! See you next monday!
Hasta luego, caio, adioossss

Usually you needn't the warm-up to study your opponents. You use to play with the same people at the club week after week. Pay an eye at them when you play or (much better) wile you take a coffee seing the matches. The body box is clever. It's simple, graphic and you can share impressions with other people (like your partner). Vamooos!!!

The double handed forehand with the little jump is a classic! One thing I use from my former sports is that I used to be a Icehockey goali. This makes my low backhand volley better than my high since I am used to have a stick pointing down in that direction. I sometimes have to kill the urge to catch the ball with my left hand when a fast ball is hit at me when on the net...

Haha nice, I understand that. I would suggest not to catch the ball ;) 😆

Great video and I am about to play some padel in a moment so I will have this video in mind when I play today! Yes the warm up is a great way to get a hint of your opponent. I always do that when I play matches. On my level there the padel skill differs very much between players like some try to play padel and some just play. So in the warm I often hit longer balls to see if it's a player who uses the wall much or uses it as a tool compared to other people who uses it as an escape if they can't hit the ball after the floor bounce. Also I try different spins but especially slice to see how he handles that. Then if the opponent wants to try some bandejas or overhead shots I use different height on the ball to see if he can handle higher than normal lobs. Because that is one thing I see basically all the time if you are in place where the roof is really high playing really really high lobs will make most players "confused" since the time and timing hitting a bandeja is so different than a "normal" lob. It really becomes a weapon to use really high lobs. Also of course I "analyze" how he plays his shots to me on the warm up to see what kind of shots I could expect.

Sven, how does a typical body box from a good tennis player look?
@OtroNivelPadel

There are good everywhere, accept in the slots where the bandeja/vibora need to be contacted :). So if you play away from them quite high, they are in trouble
