Note:you also will need a SAW to cut the bars for the pull-up and the ladder.
you Can also use wood for the boarders instead of bricks.
Hey guys I Wanted to make this park just like my drawing but didn't have the Money,I made it with scraps didn't buy any of the bars except for the Dip Bar ones which are pricy. and I didn't buy the bricks but i did buy the 4x4, but I when to Home Depot to take pictures and price it out for you guys .
I Mainly want people to get a good Idea on How to Make it and the Work-out possibilities on it.
This is the New, Best way to get in shape For Free CALISTHENICS, You don't Even need this Park, But a Nice Pull-up and Dip-bar at your disposal will help your Core and over all strength A lot,
And in Ghetto Areas where they Always steal your weights, trusts me i Know they just disappear, but not any more Lol.
And for you Bar Athletes Around the World that want to make some Extra Cash, Built Parks For people that are looking for a New way to get in Shape and are looking to pay someone to guide them,train them and motivate them through out the way, and Don't forget to Educate your self about Nutrition to help Others out better.
Lets Educate and teach people about health and fitness one Back Yard at a Time.
or when Ever we Get The opportunity Really. :)
Barstarzz All Day

Hey Barstarzz. Thank you for the post and all the great work, knowledge and passion that you have provided to the rest of world and community. I was wondering if you have any advise regarding how to zone/permit a set up,as posted, in the florida community or parks in general? My gym has separated the crossfit(all the bars and kettlebells etc) from the regular gym equipment. I am limited with what the gym offers and they are charging twice as much for the use of that section. I want to set up something like this in Fort Myers Florida to help local community(low income to anyone that wants to be outdoors) and raise community awareness on health(mental, physical, and spiritual). Any advise will do. Thank you for your time and energy and keep up the awesome work. Sincerely, Edwin (Ed)

I love this video. I am nearly done building mine, similar to Julio's but a bit different. I love banging out workouts at any time. Lately have been working out under the stars. It was in the 40's and mild. Later it got into the 20's. I am 55 years old and am not far from a muscle up. Calisthenics workouts are fantastic.

Thank you very much for the video!!! I'm gonna build this park in my backyard. Please help me with some answers: 1. Some bars you attach with 4 bolts, but some you put through a hole in the wood. What is better? 2. Looks like Dip bars are shaking when you do stuff on them, would it be better to attach them to another wooden block instead of pipe? 3. Would you like to add or change something in park 2.0? Thank you very much!
@Godsoldier
@Godsoldier 10 лет назад
Good question, there both pretty solid and haven’t had issues with them. the most important is to get a solid bar that has very little or no flex at all.

@Godsoldier
@Godsoldier 2 года назад
thank you so Much, means a lot for Sure, sorry for the late respond, i wish i was doing it for a Living but i'm really Bad charging, and like to give my work away, end up doing it for free, is hard to find the time, i'm always busy helping others, wish i took youtube serious and didn't want to monetize any of my Videos cause i'm not doing it for the Money but finally realize it can be the way for me to have the chance to give back more, so i finally started monetizing my most popular videos, last month, i'm at $9 dollars Lol!! so i'm committing my self of making videos of things i know, Like driving Videos the problem is that after lots of research to make money on RU-vid you need to make trending Videos and i'm trying to make Unique educational videos that are not being search or on RU-vid algorithm, please consider watching some of my latest Videos and consider subscribing if you find them useful, I also want to make Videos that others Request, thank you Again, Hope all is well.

Great Video buddy, Looking at building replica for myself want to add in a platform for burpees & Squat rack also, have little quarter acer on old orchard we have on farm, going to also put in few raised beds & grow some veg & herbs and even put in few chickens and build bbq pit. it's going to be my own little sanctuary. Tho living in Ireland you just have to train in the wind & rain as summer only lasts 4 days lol

is super wedge in there but all you need is measure where the center of the bar is from the top of the 4x4 then drill a hole all the way and run a small screw with a smooth end so it won't get caught on you and grind the excess part the sand it smooth is one way.

Thanks for this, it's awesome and I'll be looking at this when I'm ready to build my own. One question thou is how do you run the pipes thought the wood and make it so they don't turn? What stops your pull up bar from spinning or turning as you do pull ups? Looks like you made the hole and simply ran the pipe through it. Anyways thanks
@Godsoldier
@Godsoldier 10 лет назад
yeah I did but since the holes where the same size as the bar i had to slowly muscle my way in twisting back and forth, so is a tight fit but if it comes loose i will just run a screw through it. If you like buy 2 floor flanges for each side of the bar just go to Home Depot or a place where they Can thread the End of the pipe, but have it already size to your liking so like that the bar will screw in the floor flange then you screw it securely to the 4x4. let me know if you need More Help.
