It's low pass filter. High and mid frequencies will filter out. Results only low frequency to be heard from the speaker. It's not amplify audio signal further.
Why not make a switch on connect coil and switch off normal mode, so that we can react immediately difference with or without anyway thanks for sharing
I'm gonna build boombox from used car head unit, front channel for mid+hi, rear for lo, then use fader control to adjust bass volume, thats why I need passive x over..
It's NOT gonna boost anything , what you made is a lowpass filter that ONLY REMOVE higher frequencies NOT BOOSTING . ONLY way to boost is to add more power. What you create is a low freq speaker by roll off the high freq. Unless you also update with midrange to cover the lost freq then you only will loose freq ' sound' Try boost by using an equalizer and / or add a bigger amplifier instead . It's only way to do it right.
Yes and is truely that dumb people believe in this nonsense. Only way to get bass boost is to add more power to the low end , example bigger amplifier.
What is the point of bass boost when you cant get more power out without any distorion/clipping from the amplifier anyways? Like you could adjust it to only give 30W of bass and no highs thats all but you cant get more than that out of it! I am running 140W amplifier rn and i cant go over 100W without the quality of the sound going down so theres no point! But guys lower frequenzies that 60hz doesnt damage eardrums so its worth to buy subwoofers with powerful specs and amplifiers
Y sobretodo haz pruebas y saca tus conclusiones.
Aapke process normal TV ke speaker ka Bass Badha sakte hain is process dwara please ek video Banaye normal TV ke speaker Ki Awaz achi hai please ek videos
@@ElectroMaker so i have project i want to do i have 1 sony xplode speaker xs-r1645 4way speaker peak power 270watts, rms 50watts 4ohm is there a bluetooth board you would recommend plu i have a bunch of 18650 batts id like to use but i dont know what all to by .
To many crap videos on here showing you not how to do something. Don’t do this people. It’s completely wrong. I do electronics myself and this is not a bass boost but a bad low pass filter (well kind off) it’s all wrong anyway. If you want bass then get a good amp with good bass or buy a sub woofer and add it into your system. Don’t do this.
Stopped watching at 0:32. This is NOT an amplifier circuit. Nothing gets amplified, only filtered out. I'm gonna be generous and think maybe you just don't understand what the English word "amplify" means?
