If you are an opener, you will obviously have to look at whats happening out there, then asses what possible changes you must do. As a middle or lower order batsmen, you have the luxury of watching the top order bat and getting feedback from them on the conditions. Remember we say that if you cant score, you look to go defensive... At the start of your innings you will be able to score off less balls as your not in yet.

This is a good question. We firmly believe that if you've done the preparation and the work, the yips shouldn't be a thing to worry about, because you know you are as well prepared as you can be. The mental aspect behind the game is extremely difficult and it varies from player to player

Just an FYI, trained well, was relaxed, but while opening the batting, I had a brain fart and lost all technique and spooned a cover drive straight to short cover.....the yips got me again

On a turning pitch you have one of 3 options. Number 1 - you can look to get to the pitch of the ball and hit it before it has spun. Number 2 - you can look to use the depth of your crease and go far back and play it after it has spun. Number 3 - you can look to hit on top of the ball with the spin by playing sweeps and reverse sweeps. Hope this helps💪

If you are having concentration problems, one of the main issues causing this is fitness. I would say go hard on your fitness for a month and see if it changes. Other than that ... Try and get yourself a trigger that helps you switch on before balls and remember to relax in between balls💪

Hey there, there are 2 points. Number one is that you have to watch the ball all the way from the hand until you make contact. Number two is practice a lot... The more balls you hit the better you will get at judging it🙌🏻💪🏻

Hey there, just watch all our videos and use the information and drills in those videos to try and better your game👌🏻 I'm sure you will be able to succeed. Shape, timing etc comes from hitting a lot off balls.💪🏻

I think a tactical bouncer might be your only option🤣 On a serious note, you will have to adapt with your line and speed to ensure that the shot is as high risk as possible... Sometimes you just have to defend and try limit the batsmens strengths.👌🏻

No, you have a gameplan, then you will have to change it slightly depending on the conditions and game situation.

That one is easy, read the hand at the point off delivery to see what slow ball it is... Then wait a bit longer and play the ball as usual. 💪🏻👌🏻

@@CoachCricXI I think myself into gettting out between balls. It’s a batting self esteem issue. So I’m trying now to just switch off between balls
