Hello, Not for this specific stocking, but the technique for adding a cuff is fairly simple. Instead of sewing the stockings together at the upper edge as demonstrated in this video, stitch the outer stockings and the lining stockings together along the outer edges. Then insert the lining into the stocking with wrong sides together. For the cuff, cut a rectangle measuring 11" high by double the finished stocking upper edge width, plus seam allowances. Fold the rectangle in half widthwise with right sides together and stitch. Then fold the cuff in half with wrong sides together, creating a tube. Insert this into the stocking, aligning all raw edges. Sandwich a hanging loop between the cuff and the stocking lining at this step, if desired. Hi Brittany. An embroidered cuff is a great idea! To do this, I would recommend doing your embroidery on whatever piece of fabric you intend to make your cuff from first, and then cut out the cuff piece. This will help you ensure that your embroidery is straight along the cuff, and it is also easier to stabilize and embroider on larger pieces of fabric. The type of stabilizer you use will depend on the type of fabric you choose to use for your cuff.
