There is a ton of liquid in the foil tray, I assume the brisket goes into the tray at the stall and you are adding some liquid then covering the brisket? Could you share how much liquid and what type you add? I enjoyed this video, very helpful.

Sorry I don't understand by what you mean by "stall" ??? Watch the entire video and you'll see the brisket slices go into the turn-in box over the garnish. or let me know what you mean by "stahl"

Sorry Fred,I assumed you are taking the brisket off the smoker and into the foil tray then adding liquid to the pan and wrapping it at some point , is that correct? I was curious to what kind of liquid if any you put in the foil try to get that volume of liquid post cook.

The recipe for the liquid put in the tray was not a part of this video. This video deals only with preparing the box. I'm sorry but that's about all I can tell you . We did not add anything to the pan , all liquid was from the brisket when it cooked.
