Seafood Lover's Crab Salad. I explain the different types canned crab and what each is used for in the kitchen. This salad is has a Waldorf dressing base added to the crab and it perfect for spring and summer as a great lunch or dinner entree.
I also show some tips on plating food like a chef and how to use the technique called Stacking to give height to your food and make your plating look fantastic.
