I promise it’s actually easier than you might think. You should buy a yard of it and try it on some flat pieces and you’ll see how stretchy it is. GO TRY IT OR YOU’LL NEVER KNOW😂

I’d always say it’s usually cheaper to buy some fabric and glue then to get a brand new one. It take a little bit to get used to but it gets easier the more you do it

What kind of adhesive did u use in the can for the edges?

It’s called “barge contact cement” I bought a big jar on Amazon for under $20

What was that stuff u used on the back side of the headliner?

I used 2 types of glues. 1 was 3m 90 spray adhesive, and 2 was barge constant cement. One thing to be noted is the 3m 90 spray adhesive has take a huge increase in price since this video to the point where I won’t buy it again until it drops or I find an alternative spray adhesive that works just as good

I added suede and now my sunroof cover won’t open :(

When you use a fabric over an existing headliner you have to make sure to take your time and firmly press the new suede on all edges, if you have even a little piece that didn’t stick it will rub or even lock against a slider rail such as your sunroof
