Send her the link lol. I think she can do it. Just tell her to click the link, allow camera/mic ( it will popup and ask) and then type in her name and wait on you.

How can you use Bluetooth headphones on the facetime web call on android phone? Seems like only speaker on phone works with the facetime and the sound is very quiet on speakerphone too.

It just released with the latest update. If Dad updates his iPhone, he would be able to send you the link and do the FaceTime call.

why my iPhone face time, not ringing when my friend wants to call me through Android facetime link ? If it is silent, how should we know about making a call?

I think you have to make the Facetime call. From my understanding the Android user cant make it. So your phone should not ring, you make the facetime call, the android user gets the text message and accepts it and then your in a "facetime" call.
