How to make a flowery sheet cake for MOM
Base is a tres leches cake frosted with whipped cream, the recipe you can find here - www.make-fabul....
Then covered with buttercream flowers. I used pastry tip 104 to make the roses and blossoms. Same size pink roses and varying sizes for the white ones. Blossoms are chilled so you can just peel it off from the paper and place it on the cake.
