How to Make a Foam Skirt - Pennywise Cosplay Edition 

This tutorial will guide you in how to make a skirt out of EVA foam. I used this for my Pennywise cosplay but paint the new one for my new Harleywise cosplay!
When using this tutorial, please stay safe especially when cutting and using contact cement. Safety first.
