How to make a java swing component draggable with in boundaries

This is a problem that I have faced where I wanted to create a label that is draggable and only draggable within a panel. So here I have created an example project to show the procedure to do it.
Learn while enjoying.

@@DonHash I rewrote the code but the picture does not display. I think the problem is in the initComponents method because it is not completely visible.
