I love making poke cakes. I make a Butterfinger one with sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping. So good. And I make one with lemon cake mix, lemon pudding and buttercream frosting that is awesome. I make the pudding thin and pour in the holes. So so good!

For years since my daughters were young gals I have been making green jello cake for St Patrick's day, and only that day have I made the jello cakes, why only that day, I never thought to make other flavors, I am going to make the raspberry one. AND, I always just used plain cool whip or whipped heavy cream for the icing, never did I think of the sweetened condensed milk. I promise I will try that topping, it sounds amazing! Always have I used a fork when pricking the cake, looks like a mess when I get done but it is never seen with the topping covering it. Gina you are amazing!!!

Gina this is a old recipe because my grandma used to make it when it was growing up and she got it through a Peter's digest magazine and you just reminded me of it thank you and you do have a lot of awesome recipes and I enjoy watching you all the time thanks for your time
