Pam, actually I think we all just love your videos and your creative process so much, I don't think any of us mind if the video is long...I've seen other creators go over 2 hours...I would love a live where you give us a list of things and we create w u on the live...then we could all post our creations on fb...and although we started w the same items, we can see the variations of the book...love your videos...almost done w all your videos that are in your playlists...
I love how you “re-string” your “string!” I love your fly-by-the-seat-of-the-pants commentary and your devil-may-care creativity, and I always have fun learning something from your videos. Pam, you are a hoot!
This is how I create. I love Pam, her creativity and her ideas! My Sister used to create freehand, she made tapestries and mosaics. So talented!! Love & Hugs to you all!! Jamie V in Southern California ☀️
It’s so much fun to hear your “inner dialogue!” You had me smiling and I really enjoyed seeing you make this on the fly. Speaking of flying, where were the birds (and Sunny) today? They’ve become a part of your cast of characters. 😆
“Pam at the Paper Outpost is pulling out a pile of paper”. Say that 20 times paper-lovers 😂 You’re in rare form today my friend, had me laughing so hard I almost fell of my chair. Thanks for the fun time and what a pretty notebook. Big hugs to y’all🌸
I love longer videos! I figured out why I love your work so much: you don’t overthink! You jump in and MAKE. Eases my awful perfectionism when I see you go at a project with reckless abandon!!! Now when I start to stop and worry about some details, I say, nope, remember Pam! And off we go! 🤍🤍🤍
This video is the exact reason I love your videos. You create without necessarily having tried it out before. I was on the edge of my seat wondering how this one was going to work. In my head, I'm saying "NO!!!' 'YES!!!' as you create but you always end up with a beautiful end result. Thank you for teaching me how to create with reckless abandon. Enjoy your new lambie, Sunshine! 🐾🐑 🌷
Get so happy when I see a notification that there is another video to watch from The Paper Outpost. You are always such fun to listen to besides watching your wonderful creative work. Thanks for making each day so full of fun and laughter. God bless you for sharing all this
I absolutely enjoyed this video from beginning to end. I love that you didn't start with a plan, I never have a plan and it was very nice to see even a pro doesn't always plan!! Thank you for sharing this :)
Oh Pam, your struggles with your sewing machine are always hilarious, I am not laughing at you, I am laughing with you 😆. Very entertaining and enjoyable to watch as always.
Good Day Pam, I just had to tell you how much I loved your video today. You bring joy into the world with every video. I laugh with you but I always learn too. I really loved the color combination of the travel journal today. I’ve watched a lot of RU-vid videos but you are my absolute favorite. 🤗
Good morning Pam, Sunny and Holly 🌞 I love your long videos. It's like we're spending more time with you. My favorite part of the day is a cup of coffee and watching your videos. The longer the better!!!
Hi Pam! Your SIS Alanna is helping me out and I am going to be helping her. You are the inspiration behind Sweet peas crafting in the burbs. I have before now, watched any of your videos and so admire you and your fabulous self dialogue. Thanks for subscribing it helps immensely. I am on Dsp payments for chronic back pain as well and making journals takes my concentration away from my body symptoms. You are the most favourite of junk journalers ever . I learnt from watching what you do and also Tina from Shabbydabbydodah. I am a bit shy before now because of being a new creator of junk journals only since June 2020. Love your work. I bought a heap sewing machine to try dressmaking, that failed until I found a new use…. Sewing paper for journals. If anyone is interested??? Sweet pea crafting in the burbs is my new friends channel and she has disabilities the same as I do. We would love some people to reach out to both of us as subscribers. Thank you Pam love your work and your Sis.Cheers Tess. Therese Of Change

An amazing feat in just 41 minutes! You are amazing! Nothing is an mistake! You just make it work! Love it and the journey you take us all on! Thanks so much Pam! 📕❤️📕
Oh so true. All mistakes in junk journal making, are opportunities to change your creative thought track. It happens more frequently than any of us admit. By are we ashamed sometimes to tell people this. It is part of the creative process and it is a good thing. My mistakes can and do have an even better outcome in the end. Cheers Tess
I love the reckless abandon! It's also one of my favorite methods to craft. 😆 Sometimes things don't work out but at least it's fun. (But your stuff always looks wonderful!)
As much as I love watching you and your videos, I swear my favorite part is when you bring Sunny up. He is the cutest and you talking form is just so freaking adorable

Flummpermouse? Too cute!!! Moosh it in for a pen pocket…love it!!! Your videos aren’t too long, I love them! I use my shoulder ribbon for journals also. Great minds, right?😂
Good morning Pam! It’s show time! 💕☕️ Look at you go, making something out of (destined to be) trash! 😆 Love it! ❤️ Experiencing intense paper envy over the black/charcoal and white papers. 😍 😁 Sewing machines are rather like an old mule, give them an unfamiliar chore and they balk. 😆 Enjoying this. Gotta refill my coffee. ☕️ Hope you’re having a great weekend. 👍
I really like your reckless abandon style Pam. You’re always entertaining. I have also been inspired by you to make a journal for all my quilting projects. I use fabric pieces from the corresponding quilt on each page. That is as far as the planning goes however.
Good morning. What a great way to create a journal. Makes you look at junk mail in a whole new way and your enthusiasm is contagious. Blessings and hugs ❤️❤️
Loved this video. I’m so intimidated about making a journal, but you made it so easy to do. I think I’ve built some confidence to make one. Love it. And your so entertaining in your videos and funny too. TFS
Amazing!!! Finally a use for the flyers and circulars to keep them out of the landfill and put to great use! Great for any gift giving occasion as well. Sunny you are so lucky to have a baby lambie too! Have a great weekend!
I'm just love how you make something out of nothing so fast I appreciate it and I hate my junk Mailers and wish I could stop him but there's no way. Thank you Pam
I remember you making one of those before and they always are different looking. So fun. You're our happy place in the morning 🌄. Thanks for sharing.👍👍🤩
You amaze me with what you can create on the fly with circular paper!! I love seeing what unusual things but very functional things you create!! Way to go, Pam!!
This was AWESOME! Always a great time watching your tutorials ♥️ I could only wish I had your pile of papers in my paper stash to pull papers from…it is so vast and fabulous
Thank you so much Pam this is so helpful. Watching you do a start to finish project has given me a bit more confidence to have a go especially with all the junk mail I've collected!
I absolutely love to watch your videos. I love your commentary while you are creating something spectacular and you always make me smile. I actually watch several of your videos each day and learn so much with each video. Keep creating and craft with wild abandonment!!
Hello Pam & Sunshine, awesome junk journal from junk. I have never thought to use my big bite for making the holes for a journal, will definitely try that, I rarely use it cause I forget I have it. I found a notebook paper edge punch I didn't realize I had. TFS
What a cute and quick journal! I love how you create with reckless abandon! You are so fun to watch. Don’t worry about long videos. I love them from you because I feel like we are crafting together. How I wish we were Nextdoor neighbors! 🥰
G’morning Pam n Fam! Happy Saturday morning! Speaking of Dollar Tree.. yesterday I found METAL rulers!! Omg 😳! And they sell cork sheets too. $2.50 for a “tearing non-slip ruler”. 😀
What a wonderful way to start my day! It’s Pam and sweet Sunny with the weekly ads! You make me smile and everyone who is watching, you lift them up! The journal is so lovely! Tyfs!
Hi Sweetie, what a fantastic idea, love it. Sunny is absolutely adorable. My very dear friend lost one of her precious fur babies three days ago, thank goodness she has the other one to fall back on. Poppy was her name and even Eddie, her other little dog, has noticed she is missing. All life is so precious. I am going to make her a remembrance book where she can put photos of her Poppy, and there are a lot of them,. Bless you and Sunny and all of your family. 🥰🥰🙏❤️
Thank you for the inspiration you have once again proving everyone has what they need to make a journal I love it. And I’d also like to thank you for the humor you put in your videos everyone needs that. Today I especially loved the play-by-play while you were sewing. Once again thank you.
Thanks Pam for another fantastic idea! I just got my flyer booklet yesterday💃💃 I will put it to good use. Also I bought a new top and I cut off those fabric hanger holders thinking I could use them! You beat me to it🙌
I always intend on using these videos to fall asleep to but I get so interested in what Pam is going to do next so I just end up staying awake all night 😂 love you Pam 💗💗
This post cracked me up. Seemed like nothing was going right there for awhile including the glue stick lol. I love The Paper Outpost tutorials and can’t wait to sit down every night and watch them ! I’m a newbie
Pam, I laughed so hard during this video, you made my day. Thank you, not only for your fun projects and ideas, but for your wonderful, bubbly sense of humor!
Guess what Pam?? I picked up an old 1939 Webster's Dictionary, about 6" high with the hard covers fallen off, at a garage sale this morning! Best of all, it was in the FREE pile! What a treasure to behold!! So excited!! HAHAHA!
I’ve never watched your videos before, but this caught my eye because I just got some of this literal junk in my mailbox yesterday. Just a few moments into this, I almost laughed out loud…this is my exact method of creating!!!! I have a ‘brilliant idea’ then jump in with reckless abandon. Sometimes it works, other times, I learn. Thanks so much for the reassurance that I’m not the only impulse crafter; and that first attempts don’t have to be perfect, planned, or practical!
The tongue twister, so funny and spontaneous!! I enjoy your thought process & I adore the company of Floppy Pants, along with Sally Sue and Weak Willy Nilly 🤣🤪 🐾 hi Sunshine 🐾 A imperfectly perfect journal/notebook! hello from Denmark 🌸 🌱
Well you did it and love the pen pocket idea as well it's been an idea for awhile but you nailed it we are all. Better having you in our lives Pam it's a blast every time
