I agree with you but I wouldn’t discredit a man who says “I miss you” and follows up with actions to schedule the next date. If he says it and schedules a date the next day or within 2 days, especially if he just saw you within a day or so. This is huge sign he’s falling or in love. My boyfriend says it and follows with another date right after. We’ve been together for almost 2 years. He is so deeply in love, he asks me to slap him to snap out of the spell. 😂❤ Thank you for the video.
I heard John Gray saying that women like to be loved and feel they are special so "I miss you" for a woman is very romantic. On other had men like to be recognised for what they do so for me in here it makes perfect sense how for a man complimenting on how what he specifically does makes me miss him makes so much sense. Very good ones BUT there is one condition - I have noticed that even the best and most special questions don’t have much affect if the woman is fixated on a specific man. I think the greatest power of a woman isn’t what she does and says or deliberately doesn’t do (it’s a lot of effort and changes a woman’s vibe even if she does and says the rightest things) - but the aura around her. She may say and do whatever she wants and yet men will adore her. I have been there - I was saying what I wasn’t “supposed” to say and men would fall even more in love. When a woman is fixated on a specific man - that’s a LOT of pressure on the man. He feels it and backs off to distance himself from that unseen pressure. He may even not understand why he does that. When the woman decides to move on, and leaves him, the pressure goes away and the man usually approaches again. If the woman starts to focus on him again, he starts to get the same pressure and get distant again. And so on and on. Until the woman learns how to let go. It may or may not eventually work with that specific man. It is not important here. What is important is that it’s a very worthy lesson for women (and men too) to learn - to want things without wanting. If that makes sense. That’s why we easily attract men we don’t want (they often are great guys but because we had not wanted them from the beginning we reject them or we feel the same pressure from them on us and we distance ourselves and chase someone who we think we like but we like them because they don’t have that needy vibe in them) and then we enter into toxic situations. And wonder why. We women are also responsible for those toxic situations. Its important to understand what you want and be open for options, new people. See what life has to offer ! 😊 and there will be great surprises - million times better what you had thought you wanted. There is one more option - “tolerate the pressure” from a great loving man until he gets relaxed and secure and you may fall in love with him. The important thing is not to get too much focused now on him as the table may turn 😊🎉 I could easily feel how my avoidant ex partner could become clingy and needy, as soon as he became focused on me… in fact a lot of healing is needed both ways …

He has told me he is a simple guy, and stated that he wants what I want, a loving relationship but he has grown distant, and doesn't seem interested. He'll answer my texts, but they are vague, and bo-ring... basic. He says he is interested but what he says and what he shows are two different things. At this point, I would have taken a step back and given space. If that space creates room for him to leave, it was not meant to be to begin with. It could also possibly have nothing to do with you. He may be in his own black hole. Giving space allows you to find out while protecting your self respect. Playing a part in this story is great, but not chasing for attention.
I was in a same scenario as you. He wanted everything to be easy without any involvement. Basically they are just entitled slobs. They will never invest on emotions, deep talks or connect at a certain level. Things are too shallow for them, that they are barely capable of even feeling anything. All they expect is someone to pour themselves on them, but they would do nothing. It's better to move away from such people. In my case also, the guy said he was too simple to do this n that.. n then i stopped contacting him, and the 12 years relationship didn't exist anymore. Later found out that he was talking to other girls. It will be hard. But you need to move away from such people. They will eventually suck the life out of you. You'll feel better in solitude than with such people.
