Mapo Tofu is really delicious🌶🇨🇳
This time, I made a mapo tofu using Japanese red miso.
◎Ingredients
・Momen tofu: 1 (300g)
・Ground pork: 100g
・Garlic: 1
・Grated ginger: 1 tsp
・Green onion: 1/2
・Chili pepper : as much as you like
・Salt: a pinch
・Red miso: 1.5 tbsp
● Water: 150ml
● Soy sauce: 1.5 tbsp
● Sake: 1.5 tbsp
● Sweet sake(Mirin): 1.5 tbsp
● Sugar: 1 tbsp
● Chicken stock: 2 tsp
・Potato starch: 1 tsp (and 1 tsp of water)
・Sichuan pepper
・Chili oil
◎Directions
1.Chop the green onion and garlic
2. Tear tofu into bite size, put in a heat-resisting bowl, sprinkle a pinch of salt, and heat it in a microwave for 3 minutes at 600w
3. Put some oil in a frying pan and stir fry ground pork until the oil becomes transparent
4. Add the green onion, garlic, grated ginger, and chili pepper, and fry over low heat until it’s fragrant
5. Add the miso and mix well, and then add the ● seasoning
6. Add tofu after boiling and simmer for a while
7. Add water of potato starch , and boil again, turn off the heat, it’s topped with chili oil and Sichuan pepper
