Yes! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 The ONLY point of power we have is NO contact! But if any of your thoughts about anything you do is about how the narc is going to respond you are still stuck. Indifference is the goal! Everything is privated! Them and anybody associated with them are blocked! Otherwise you are trying to figure out how to manipulate them back into your life. Do a strong review of your intentions!

sometimes, the shit gets me angry at times. its because "SOME" (not ALL, don't want the fuckin ALL police to kick the door down now) but SOME folks have watched all them damn videos, got ALL that knowledge, learned ALL that stuff about narcissism etc, and yet..they STILL want to play the game with them. I actually sit back and think, "its as if you LIKE the shit or something. You must LIKE the attention it brings, bc NOTHING is worse than SOMETHING from them. Even the bad, negative attention must be better than NOTHING from them." When folks say NO CONTACT, it literally means BLOCK EVERYTHING. Even their number. Even if you have to get new number. If you make excuses for NOT doing it, then u must not want no contact bad enough. They want THE LIE back. They want them to come back, tell the narcist off, get answers, test out everything the narcist says, accept all those excuses, just to be put back to sleep again. They WANT to go back to sleep under the pretty LIEEEE. The ugly truth hurts too much, so they want to go back to a lie that makes them feel good. That's all it is. After watching all them videos, and learned how it all worked, it appears they just wasted their entire time watching them. They just do the same thing as a person who NEVER even learned about ncarcissim. It comes to a point where YOU have to take responsibility for what YOURE doing. You can only claim ignorance ONCE, after that you ARE a willing participant. you cant HIDE behind EXCUSES. "its bc they talk good, its bc i felt this and that" You have to understand that they're just another person in that fuckin town. They're just another face on the internet. nothing more. If what I'm saying sounds mean and cold, well shit, tough titty said the kitty. This whole damn "oh poor you, you're a great person, things happen for a reason, all in good time, you'll find someone, poor you, poor this and that." like NO you're just ENABLING the crap and KEEPING that person STUCK in an emotional HOLE. A person can stay in that hole so long, THAT becomes their new home. they don't feel comfortable outside that victim mindset. you're NOT a victim. you WERE victimized, but they're GONE now. they're not doing it to you. YOU are doing it to ya self at this point. You have to apply the LOGIC here. you can NOT forget the 999 bad things they did and concentrate on that 1 or 2 WOW moments you had with them. that's just you trying to cope so u can reach out and accept their CRAP again. you want it bc u don't have it right now. once u get it, quickly you're going to see that SAME bs again. "WHYYY the hell did i let them get back in, the videos even SAID it gets worse every time u let them back in" You can actually be doing very well for ya self, let them back in and now you're back at square one AGAIN. its as if u never made any progress. at that point you WILL feel dumb for allowing it. its like when they're not there, you obsess over them, when they're there, u don't want to be around them. you just want what u don't have is the problem. you want the drug dose, and once u get it, meh, ok u can go now. like NO, you're just messing YOURSELF up at this point. by YOU messing YOU up, this lets them off the hook 100% at this point. as they've said, NO CONTACT is for YOU, not them. they DONT CARE about you, they DONT CHANGE to this "better improved version" of themselves. they're set in their ways and LIE to get back in so they can take from you AGAIN. Like...what's the confusion here? The whole TRAUMA BOND TRAUMA BOND, ok even more of a reason to BLOCK THEM ENTIRELY. you have a problem with emotional thinking. you cant seem to control it. KEEP THEM AWAY then. They assume control of you and YOUR emotions, BLOCK THEM. If you don't block them, you WANT them to reach out to you so you can go back to living THE LIE. That's just all there is to it at this point. If this makes you angry, well then there's some elements of truth to it at this point, words only hurt when THEYRE TRUE.

All narc's don't chase or wonder what your doing sum actually move on like they never knew you and sum never come back

These videos are so good. Some of these videos remind me of when I was at University attending a 1-2-1 with one of my Lecturers and reviewing one of my paper. They would often say the same thing, "No, you have completely misunderstood the fundamental concepts!!!! ". I find woman taking responsibility attractive! 3 years ago at a dinner with friends, the friends wife opened up about how she got a puppy which ended up causing so much problems - and her point was taking responsibility for the damage she caused and how it also hurt her husband..and she was real about it, although it happened years back. This was so beautiful to hear - an adult taking responsibility and not ashamed telling a story about a sweet puppy ending up to be a devil from hell, and her part in this...I WISH my wife grew up for once... The woman here opens by saying she is taking responsibility for her @#$% - which makes her truly beautiful. She knows she is attractive on the outside - most girls who are on the screen a lot feel good enough, but bringing out her true colors- speaking real and taking responsibility- completes their beauty! Thank you for leading by example - if each of us took responsibility, and do it quickly, a lot of healing and hope would result. I really hope you find new life and a man whom you could be the person you wanted to be and bless him. And I hope he appreciates honesty, intimacy and responsibility in you...keep up the good work - forgiveness is healing too. I wish my wife who left and caused a lot of pain, would see you and chose to grow up, but until then, I forgive her in my heart and hope she finds healing.

Sometimes you may need to play the “wrong moves” to actually get rid of them. i.e. chasing a little bit may keep them away as opposed to ghosting may keep them hovering. It’s a chess match with them, most people are playing checkers because of the desperate state they’re in and the desperate need to be validated by someone who tore them down. If you touch on many points of supply for a narc then they will value those aspects in terms of how it benefits them, all while burning it up. You want to plan your exit skillfully because there may come a day that you actually want the narc out of your life, i.e. when you meet an authentic person you want to give your best to. Be wise and handle every relationship with care and respect.

I didn't have control over this person while I was around him and I certainly doubt I have reign over his thoughts or actions now that I have him blocked. The discard was UGLY! Which I hear many of them are. The only reason I can think that the narcissistic person in my life might miss me- is because I "future planned" things with him- things for which put him in the warm light of day. I wanted this guy appreciated! I just needed him to stop tripping over his own two feet and not be an asshole if someone breathed wrong in the room. I wanted this whole thing to be successful and happy and once when we were arguing I asked him,"How many people actually say they want that for you? HOW MANY!?" And he was silent. It still makes me mad to this day that I wanted good things for this person and I cheered him on and sat with him while his personal demons came to visit... and I was still disposable when his rage kicked in. Does he MISS ME?! Who the f*ck knows... I'll tell you right now I know some of the people in his circle were more difficult than I ever was. But I went from being the greatest thing in the world, to being lowly and inferior in one email exchange. It was nuts. If he misses me, he should choke on it because I WANTED to be there. I wanted him successful and happy... If he was handicapped at producing those things, I felt I could make up where he lacked. But he didn't want me shinning too brightly either. It's sad and f*cked up. What does missing me provide anyway? Does it fix anything?

I’d love to know if anyone else’s ex is blissfully and happy as long as they can return to their childhood dynamic of being at their elderly parents beckon call, seeking their constant validation and attention? Also, suddenly trying to hang out with grown siblings who are married and have families of their own. I knew my ex had trouble breaking away from his family and it made it nearly impossible for him to establish his own. But, his preoccupation, to the exclusion of his own children, with his birth family and boyish dynamic is something quite bizarre. This is coming from someone who was close to her parents and is to her sons. But, I want them to develop a life they can sustain when I’m gone. Isn’t that what parents are supposed to do? What would you do to get rid of a narcissist if he is the client where you work? My sister and son-in-law are bosses, I work part-time there and I am paid very well so quitting is out of the question. He has been trying to persuade me to be in a relationship with him for 7 years. He brags about his wealth and tells me that I will not have to work 12 hours a day (I have two jobs). He openly tells me how he likes to drink a lot every day, how he can’t sleep without 3 bottles of wine and how I should start drinking with him too. I tried gray rock him, when he wants to talk to me I put on headphones and listen to music, my family doesn't care at all (that's why I'm a covert borderline). He is 46 years old, has never been in a serious relationship just many one-night stands.

He's not going to hit rock bottom. I think he sends me these videos. Why ? He just goes to someone else. Yes, He just messes with me.... Nothing more......

So the first year out of 7 was amazing I developed a drug addiction and I ended up spending alot of weekends alone Way from her and I take full accountability for neglecting her always have taken responsibility for the things I did wrong I always loved her deeply I honestly think I was subliminaly unhappy cuz she was always so Moody. Anyway 3 years went by and our relationship was just distant she discarded me last Christmas for the first time it was fucking brutal I went insane to get her back told her I quit drugs but really I did them more but j felt I needed her back to help me she eventually came back and then my best friend died of an OD and I lost my shit and I told her everything thst I was using all these years I mean all week long I was sober and lots of weekends to but I would use 2 weekends a month and kind of just be away from her. It's like I don't know what I have till it's gone so now she says she is having an affair and said we are done forever she has moved on and so should I she says. So is this true? Is there absolutely no chance she ever wants me back? She wanted to be married and I promised myself I wouldn't get her a ring until I was atleast 6months clean so I was 2 months into that and doing the best I had ever done with my sobriety and she knew that and then she came to me with the affair thing and I had moved out of my house on my land that day and she moved the new guy in and she just really seems like she hates me and blames it all on me takes no accountability for anything she ever did wrong I always told her she never showed me affection or told me she loved me after the first year. She did say she loved me more then she ever loved anyone a few days before she reveled the affair and she shed a tear which I had never seen. My point is I was her longest relationship I did neglect her and I know I could of done better but she knows how much I love her am I just done to her? Did I push her to a place where she has just slowly faded me out over time and has no feeling for me and won't ever again??? Please help

Would this be enough to compel the narc to for example, return a monetary debt that she refuses to return. She got me hooked stronger than any drug. Great sex for months, so loving and talking about the future and then she told me her darkest sexual fantasies and fetishes. Had me take her to a sex shop, and broke it off with me less than 5 days later for no reason. Had me begging, once I said "I am at the point where if you told me we would never date, I would be okay and could move on" and she replied with "I wouldn't say never, just not right now." she remained friends, Breadcrumbing me, so much, would extreme gaslight me knowing how I felt about her. She got with this new guy, that looks similar to me but he is 29 I am 24,, has more money than me. Would post him all over facebook and things. Give me the cold shoulder, but would always be the first to watch my snapchat and facebook stories of my gym progress pictures. I lost allot of weight and gained allot of muscle since she saw me. Until she unfriended me saying its because of the pictures I post. When I asked what that meant, she didn't reply. My mind was just boggled wondering if its because she missed me, or if they just annoyed her. And got super pissed off I unfollowed her on twitch and didn't go to her store anymore, like I am the bad one. Then she blocked me on everything after I told her I still had feelings for her and been hurting really bad not knowing how she feels. She said "You are putting my relationship at risk" and "I don't owe you an explanation" Just blocked me after being friends for 3 years, and talking daily a fuck ton for a year, like I was nothing. I just wanted closure. I'll be honest, I tried every way under the sun to contact her, asking "I just want to know if you hate me now, if I can go to your store, you were just mad I wasn't going". It was pathetic of me, I made multiple instagram accounts just trying to know if it was forever, just getting any closure. As soon as I messaged her that, she posted pics of them together saying "My love" . After all that time, after all that was shared between us, how can she just be okay with knowing I am in literaly mental agony not knowing how she feels and if its forever? Just want some closure.... The last thing she said to me when she finally replied was "Fuck off, I am not obligated to do anything". When I said I was in such a dark place trying to wrap my head around everything. I stopped talking to her since she told me to stop. I never felt so insane before, I don't know if she triggered something. And then she had the audacity on twitch to call herself an empath lol. The amount of mind fucks this girl gave me is insane. She hurt me so deep, but I still want her so bad..... She is still randomly blocking me on shit I never even contacted her on, a week later. I just randomly check twitter today, I don't even use twitter much. I was unblocked yesterday and blocked today. Reading back what I just wrote, I sound like a deranged freak. I swear I am not this guy, she has literally fucked my mind so hard. She is a Satanist, with a literal split tongue. Sometimes I think she might truly be a demon lol.
