It doesn't work like he shows. The reason it spins is because of a fan blowing on to the propeller. He places the fan outside camera angle so you can't see it. Why does he and others like him do that? For a few reasons: - they are idiots - enjoy fooling people - collect viewers - causing others unnecessary cost and loss of money on useless things. Read about Faraday's rule in high school science or physics textbooks so you understand better.
