How to Make a Plug for a Mold - Part 3 

If I'm using polyurethane surboard type foam how do I get the epoxy resin and fiberglass to stick well when it feels like a gritty dusty surface after sanding? I tried a test patch of a 4 inch x 1 inch piece of cloth with 1 inch of the end of the cloth laminated down and it pulled right up. Do I need to vaccum the foam, when I try to wipe it is seems like its dusty still. I want to eventually do carbon fiber but I dont see how they get the system to stick well and not delaminate.

Make it wooden with the help of the Woodglut instructions.
