How to Make a Rag Quilt Using a Fabric Panel and Coordinating Fabric 

I decided to make a rag quilt using a fabric panel because I love using fabric panels and rag quilts are easy to finish. No worrying about adding the binding at the end - when you have the quilt sewn - you are done. There are so many beautiful fabric panels out there, I can't help but get excited about using them. They make wonderful gifts and you can surround them with pieced quilt blocks or you can put borders around them or you can rag quilt blocks around them for a fun look.
