For mini size, preheat at 338℉(170℃) for 15 minutes and bake at 330℉(165℃) for 10-11 minutes.

105g milk
30g eggs
35g sugar
4g salt
4g instant dry yeast
200g bread flour
25g unsalted butter
✏ Cream
300g whipping cream
30g sugar
