STRAWBERRY VANILLA CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE
3 cups AP flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
3 cups granulated sugar
3 sticks unsalted butter at room temp
6 eggs at room temp
8 oz cream cheese at room temp
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 tbs crème bouquet
Strawberry Gelatin
VANILLA GLAZE
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Splash of vanilla extract
Enough heavy whipping cream to reach desired consistency.

Thank you so much! 🥰 Crème Bouquet is a cake flavoring. I found it at my local cake supply store, but I know you can order it from Amazon.

Could you use the jello to sugar the pan in place of sugar?

I can’t say for sure as I’ve never tried it, but jello mixed with butter would change the consistency. My guess is it would be too sticky, but there is only one way to find out! Lol
