Thanks for the video. Discovered the device and I saw the undo, but didnt know the shit+undo = redo. Very useful. Also discovered that pressing stop two times, goes to the beginning before hitting play!
Great Tutorial video I was wondering by the way, what are the name of the brand of the stands that you have the MK 3 Maschine setting on and the gear on your L & R
Thank you! Most desktop synths and controllers are similar in dimensions therefore any standard-size synth desk stands should suffice for your hardware.
Thanks for your reply I’m well aware that I was just curious on that particular one that you have because it looks like a great design. I love the aesthetics of it if you happen to remember the particular brand, please post it for me. Appreciate your time continue the great work.
Hi mate, Cheers for the video. Really helpful. I'm on the 88 key but having a few problems. First one being that the midi remote area isn't showing as an option in the lower zone (not even in lower zone setup). I can't seem to find a work around. Any help would be much appreciated
Hi, there's a couple possible causes to that issue. The first thing I would do is make sure cubase is updated to the latest version, then follow the steps in this article to assure the device is properly set up in cubase. support.novationmusic.com/hc/en-gb/articles/5481123471122-Getting-Started-with-Launchkey-MK3-Cubase-12-Setup?source=search&auth_token=eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJhY2NvdW50X2lkIjo4MjY2NTMsInVzZXJfaWQiOjk4MDA3NTg2NzkxODYsInRpY2tldF9pZCI6MjAwODA0OCwiY2hhbm5lbF9pZCI6NjMsInR5cGUiOiJTRUFSQ0giLCJleHAiOjE2Nzc4NTYxODZ9.8cXr3vNayth2fI5RnuJDBlojDY5oW-Ve6_3WyQsnBb4
The MIDI Remote integration shown here was introduced in Cubase 12. More information can be found in this video - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ElAvIx-XSdY.html
We're sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Launchkey. There are several possible causes for that issue, so it would be best to reach out to our support team for further assistance. They can be reached at the link below: bit.ly/NovationSupport
In addition to the powerful integrations created by DAW manufacturers, like this one, Launchkey can be used as a standard MIDI controller with any DAW that responds to MIDI, allowing you to create custom mappings and Custom Modes that provide access to software features of your choice. In addition to MIDI, Launchkey Mk3 can be used with DAWs such as Studio One and Pro Tools, via HUI.
When working with the Cubase 12 integration the Launchkey [Mk3] 'Click' button can be used to toggle the metronome on/off. You may need to ensure that Launchkey [Mk3] is correctly configured within Cubase. We explain how to do that here - support.novationmusic.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360014631319--Getting-Started-With-Launchkey-MK3-Cubase-Setup
