Great video this helped me last minute making a tulle skirt for an event !!! However for beginning sew er’s such as myself could you include details on sewing machine settings for the sewing and gathering of the tulle, zipper sewing and the finishing also would it have been easier to cut the skirt on the fold and just sew the one side and also the waistband as well ? If not please let me know why it was best and the waistband into two separate pieces ..

The Length of each layer of the tulle is 12 and a half inches, the half inch was used to gather the tulle and joined to the skirt. That way all the layers will be 12 inches.
I don’t know the name, but the holes are very small and the net is a bit hard. If you want a very full skirt, watch my other video on layered tulle skirt.
