Thank you madam, I am again going into depression cycle, after few years of being fine, I do have these cyclical depression cycles where I take on negativity and overthing and loose self confindence, whatever the reason such as just enough money to run the home month to month, relationship issues, obviously, not blaming anyone, as how long will you be hanging on month to month without financial freedom, stresses out the spouse too, so she is justified. Your a Great speaker and resonate with everything you say. I have a question. Can i ask 2 questions 1. Can any goals or pics be added after few days 2. If any Goals is accomplished as after 5 months should it be removed 3. Next year should we make a new one and transfer unaccomplished goals to new board
Great explanation on making subconscious familiar with the goals for manifesting. However I could not understand the concept of listing action plans with feelings. Since feelings are limited, wouldn't every goal result in same feeling of achievement and gratitude? It would help if you can explain with an example
