What an outstanding classic whisky sour using Rye! I love that! Delicious! The lavender addition and Bourbon are fabulous variations to use for a terrific summer whisky sipper cocktail!! I can't wait to make these beauties!! Cheers!! 🙂

It's so crazy, It never crossed my mind to use pasteurized egg whites. I have always just used an egg lol That Lavender Whiskey Sour looks high class.Another Well made video brother.
Ive done both when I was able to work, usually went with an egg for show, but the pasteurized is a safer bet. - tho, im not terribly worried about getting sick. I dont know why I bothered with all that in the vid, but I just talk about water in these vid. I should prolly start scripting them. LOL.
@@drinkswithdave you know me, Im the king of that lol I dont script anything and I completely wing it. The thought of having to write out a script pains me but it might save time in the editing room and during filming. So I might start moving towards that model very soon.
@@bacondrinks1011 its so wierd for me, I tended bar for 20 years. I gave cocktail classes, spirit classes, hosted cocktail contests, wrote menus, and was poised to open my own bar.. Now after an illness im struggling to talk in full sentences. This project is helping me tremendously tho and I will do whatever I must to make it make sense. Hopefully I can get healthy enough to actually drink the drinks again, rather than just camera edits. Im also loving seeing all the others on RU-vid who have related channels. I wish there was more of a sense of community here tho. Not sure how to connect yet.
@@drinkswithdave yeah RU-vid makes it a bit difficult to connect between creators. I wish there was a PM feature or something. I also thought about making a Facebook group for cocktail channel creators but I also have no idea how I would get people to join unless I went around and commented on everyones videos.
