This festive dish, made from a pork neck with cheese and mushrooms, really easy to make. My oven did an excellent job of cooking this dish and it's the surprisingly tenderly pulled pork ever! By the way, you can cook the meat accordion in the sleeve.

- 200g cheese,
- 1 carrot,
- 3 garlic cloves,
- 1/2 lemon juice,
- 1 tablespoon refinated oil,

- ground peppercorns to taste,
- boiled potatoes in their skins.
