**EDIT**
I have incorrectly used the word 'Totem' to describe the plant support and would like to correct myself. It is a word commonly misused in the plant community to describe this type of plant-styling, however the definition of Totem is: a natural object or animal that is believed by a particular society to have spiritual significance and that is adopted by it as an emblem. Thanks for understanding & learning with me!
Thanks for watching! See you all in the next video :)

If you can find packing cling film rolls that are an inch or two wide, that has been the best. Could use the velcro, if it's a larger and heavier plant, for inital support. Then use the film around aerial root nodes to secure plant further, increase humidity for faster growth, and encourage roots to grow into pole.

I'm so happy I discovered your page! I am repotting my plants and wanted cuter-looking moss pole than the Coco coir poles I bought from my local plant shop. These looks so much better and seem easier to keep moist. It took me a few poles to master the zip tie process, but they look great. Can't wait to see how they help my plants grow. Here's to growing some huge a*s leaves! 😍

Great minds think alike? I did the same this summer only I had some black plastic fence. Put the fence down and then I used pvc pipe for the inside. It comes in 8 ft lengths and cut it down to 5 ft. Then wrapped it with moss and fence. The pcv is really sturdy and will not rot plus you can make some really tall ones. If you want to add on just melt the ends of pvc with a heat gun to add more height.

Love the look of your moss pole and I have added the products you reccomend to my Amazon Wish List. However, will this work with plants in Leca in water? If so, will your moss pole cause mold or bugs? Would there be any way that your pole could be elevated so that it wouldn't have to sit in my semi hydroponics mixture?
