Steamed cheese cake
3 round cakes, 8cm diameter x 6cm height
・150g hotcake mix
・80ml milk
・1 egg
・2 tablespoons (16g) sugar
・3 slices (45g) cheese
・3 kiri creamy portions (49g)
Points
1. Put the milk, sugar, sliced cheese, and creamy portion into a heat-resistant bowl and heat for 1 minute and mix.
2. Once the temperature of the bowl has dropped to a certain extent, add the eggs and mix.
3. Add the hotcake mix and mix, then put into a mold and steam in a frying pan.
