How to make an edible ‘wrapper’ for fondant fancy themed cakes.
I used Saracino modelling paste for this wrapper. www.saracinodolci.co.uk/
What you need:
Parchment/baking paper
Sellotape (yes really)
Paper (normal printer paper … yes really)
Square cake tin 1” larger than the cake you are making
A ready baked/ganached/iced cake to add in to your edible wrapper.
