Hi Tracey I love your tutorial. ive followed step by step on making the chocolate shoe. not denying that they look fab when chocolate has hardened.. BUT unless I keep the shoe refrigerated it starts to melts very easily. I'm worried that if I send it as a gift through the post to a friend it will be a melted mess by the time it gets there... please can you tell me where I'm going wrong and why is my chocolate melting cheers Tiffany London.

I see you don't wear gloves while working. Wouldn't you run the risk of fingerprints on chocolate and it softening up?

too far! maybe you could have more closeups next time so we can see better the details of your work!

Instead of painting the shoes red why not just get red dye and put in the white before melting

Way too much talking, who could get through an entire HOUR of this?!!! Sound quality is garbage :o(
