Gracias. Si no te gusta el matcha, puedes sustituir el Matcha en polvo por extracto de vainilla en la misma cantidad y tal vez agregar unas gotas de colorante verde para alimentos a la masa de pan para lograr el efecto de color verde. Espero que esto ayude.

I don’t recommend to use butter for the details dough because it will make the cookie dough softer (hard to shape especially for small details) and the dough will be yellowish (so if you dye it, it’s hard to get colours that you want). I don’t have any plan for the 🎃 theme in the near future; but thank you for your suggestion. Hope this helps

I'm sorry, I'm not sure about your question. Do you mean Tangzhong Mixture? We don't buy Tangzhong mixture. We actually make the Tangzhong mixture by mixing the bread flour and milk.
