Wonderful discovery! In addition, she has done the research to provide information about the benefits of the Ackee Oil. Please do not delay in getting it patented! There is no doubt, this is a God-given idea. Let us help her purchase the proper equipment and tools to extract and manufacture these products in a faster way.
We been making ackee oil from we were kids ..we learnt that from the Rasta men at Bobo hill.. we used to use it to cook, but in rice and use it on dumplings.we even use to use ackee to wash clothes
A bun pan is a cheese pan/butter pan you beat the edges so it will not cut you and you use it to cook on wood fire where it gets black from the smoke and blazing fire hence bunpan
We even used young green ackee and sea salt to get rid of ringworm also called fungus..just cut the bottom of the green ackee and dip it in the salt (any salt) and the rub it on the ringworm..even the ackee leaves we used and still used to make tea, very good for diabetes..
Great video! Brilliant idea! What a natural and beautiful woman! I wish all the bleachers and fake hair wearers would take a good look at this woman. I heard about ackee oil before, but I am not sure in what context. I am sure there is a easier way to extract the oil from the ackee without going through that rigorous process. Well done Jamaican beauty!
Back in the days when I was a child l used to see the ladies at the River side using the Ackee to wash clothes and another fruit but hasn’t seen it since a child..we used to call it soap seed wash clothes very good
Well, what a surprise, always good to learn something new! Thanks very, very much!!!! May your business be bless XEba. Hope I spelled your name correctly! And again I thank you Mr Gayle❤🎉😂
Patent and sell your idea girl.Yes ackee was used for soap here in Ja.I always thought the truck loads of unopened ackee passing through my community back in the days was used to make soap.
Thanks for showcasing this. I knew that Ackee has some fat/oil in it because when it is being handled it produced oil but the making or extraction of the oil I applaud her. GO PATENT IT ASAP. IT'S YOUR BABY!!! I was going to say watch Hércules with his strong hands do not let it burst and RADAM! 🤣🤣🤣
Wonderful thanks for sharing this is knowledge God almighty has put everything herb on earth for Man’s benefits. Thanks for exploring and the knowledge you found.
Thank you so much 🤗 Make sure you do your part to help me get there by february mi daaling ☺. Please share the videos in your WhatsApp groups and encourage them to do the same.
I've always noticed when I boiled ackee that it left oil in the water. I just didn't know how to get it out. Thanks for showing this. We can do so much with what is produced in Jamaica. We just don't know how to use a lot of what we have. You should patent your invention.
My mother put the ackee pods in a washtub(about 1 or 2 dozen) with water and left them for several hours, she would then put clothes for washing in the washtub. The water was like soapflakes had been added, she did wash with the help of her washing brush.😆
We'll, it's never too late to learn something new. Maybe that's why it's so nice when it's cooked with salt fish! It take a Jamaican to be this insentive! Bless your heart dear sister. I totally agree - patent this right away - And to the host! Keep this programme coming as long as ever! Thanks once again!
Wow, I am definitely one who will be getting the ackee oil, moringa oil and hair growth oil. I have been watching this lady for over one year now, I have learned so much from her.
Jamaica and the other Caribbean Islands/South America/have similar weather/temperature to the African Continent. Why wouldn't those Islands have the same fruits/vegetables/vegetation and why does some of us still believe what we were trained to believe (that those Caucasians men brought those fruits from Africa and planted them in the Caribbean/South America, etc). THE CREATOR BLESS
Ackee was originally brought from West Africa to Jamaica for the slaves to wash the slave masters clothes. Ackee soap is also called "dutty gyal" in Jamaica. West Africans don't eat ackee, they use it as an ornamental tree and use the poison to stun fish when catching them, just as how some fishermen in Jamaica use "ticks wash" to stun river and pond fish. How Jamaicans started ackee is a mystery.
A good discovery. Get it patented now before someone else in foreign does, then get the machinery to set up your factory. The government might help. Never guessed ackee could make oil.
Please hurry and get your ideas and methods patented. Also, I do hope sometime soon you are able to either sell the plants or the seeds as they don't grow on on this side of the map.
Ackee is Jamaica's national fruit. To my knowledge Jamaica does not have an official national dish, however, the so called national dish is ackee and saltfish, not ackee.
Ackee came from where? Breadfruit came from where? I wish we would stop crediting others for things Africans discovered. Please be accurate about our history.
@Gloria Robinson . Don't you think people have all rights to their own opinion 🤔. They have avocado oil. But, proper research was done. I am not against this lady concept. However. This delicious fruit ackee is also poisonous. So. She has to get proper research done on this ackee oil before she can market it.
@@hyacinthgordon5295 yes people have their opinions, think things through before poo poo the idea. The woman is not stupid enough to go make oil without having proper assessment and tests. She did say she had some chemistry experience.
@Gloria Robinson . Was my comment address to you? A lot of people come up with their own concept without doing any proper research. I didn't say anything rude or derogatory about the post. The person who posted this video 📹 didn't respond to my comment. I am not a child. It's freedom of speech. Is not what you said. It is how you said it. I don't have to agree with you. We both see things differently. I am not going to be in any combatant with you. There are so many things that are happening in this world now. We need to focus on bigger and better things in life. I am not going to continue to argue with you back and forth over something that is so trivial.🤷. Happy Black History Month.
Ackee can eat raw and she dry it in the sun so then steam it so y u think its not good .its the same with olive 🫒 and pear 🍐 you pressed with a machine and get oil 🛢. My mother used to use ackee skins to wash clothes and show us that it can use especially in rain 🌧 water 💧 it give a lot of sud. Only because is a jamaican woman 👩 making it some people ganna say its not good its poison. When we clean the ackee your hand ✋️ get so shiny so of course it can make oil 🛢 and soap 🧼 too and it can eat too 😋 😉
