Yep. Me too. Had some for breakfast this morning, fried up with onion, then eggs added on top, and Gouda on top of eggs. YUM!

Praise. Kimchi is fermented like sauerkraut, however it's done with red peppers and Korean spices. It's sameish in texture and health benefits, but very different in flavour. The kimchi in Japan is not as spicy as that in Korea, and I've had homemade kimchi that had a very pleasing sourness to it. I often eat kimchi alongside yakiniku (bbq meat). Adding it to this dish would overpower the other ingredients. What is quite nice is adding it to rice.

@@praisey_ Want to try something else with kimchi? Lightly fry some kimchi in a small fry pan. Break a couple eggs on top and cook. Delicious.
