So I recently decided to do something that I haven’t done before and baking came in mind. I tried 3 recipes and my cakes came out wrong until I landed on your orange loaf! Since then, I’m on a baking rampage following only your recipes. I love your recipes, they are easy to follow. I baked these cupcakes and they are to die for. I made it with a variation 😊. I had one ripe banana added 2/3cup granola cornflakes , brown flour and chocolate chunks few raisins.baked for 40minutes .It tasted very good everyone loved them. Thanks

I just baked this muffin and follow the recipe, I think this is best muffin👏 I ever baked. I'm happy with the outcome and for me it's really perfect, taste so good (but I need to less the sugar a bit😁) and it's fluffy and moist, only if I can send you the photo. Thank you for this recipe. So I've gone on a baking spree. Really want to test out what the recipes are like... Baked this earlier (Fri. 5th June 2020) This banana choc chip cupcakes is easy to follow. (I forgot the salt by the way 😅)... still... it turns out wonderfully moist, light, fluffy and delicious 💞 Thank you for this wonderful recipe....
Made these just now n they’re soo yummm 😋. Added 2/3cup of chocolate chips instead of 1cup to cut down the sweetness a bit. Thank you so much for the wonderful recipe!!

Tried just now. I had only 2 bananas in stock, so had to manage with that. I substituted the vegetable oil with ghee, used only about 1/4 cup of agave and 1/4 cup of milk since I didn’t have enough bananas. It was delicious!!! Thank you so much for the recipe

@@monmyrfelizarta6919 get the 3 oz. 2 oz is a bit small. I'd say 2 weeks on shelf, 1 month in the fridge. It freeze it and it'll be delicious for 6 months.
Made these yesterday. Had to ad lib as I did not have enough choc chips. Added fruit. Result.? Delicious. Spouse woofed one for breakfast this morning. Thank you.!!
