I discovered Deddy yesterday and was immediately drawn to him. He reminds me of my dad and uncle. My dad passed in April so I appreciated the Deddy daughter relationship even more. I want to binge watch all the videos :). You guys are awesome and make me proud to be Jamaican. Keep the videos coming. Love them..

@Riyyah D it's not that serious. Everything in moderation is ok for your health. With that being said, honey is extremely good for your health and can be used alongside the other natural sugar u mentioned. Normal paprika and smoked paprika have 2 very different flavors that suit different dishes. Msg was proven its not bad like people thought years ago ( it was mostly propaganda) . It's literally a natural substance that provides umamy flavors. Hopefully that helps

I love Deddy channel.....just a quick suggestion: Can you put the list of ingredients and the name of the seasonings and sauces he uses in the description. It helps with buying everything when we want to prepare the meal at home. I know its on the screen during the video but I think it would be easier to see in the description vs. having to go through the video to find everything. Peace and Love!!!

Yes mixing the grind meat with turkey or chicken keeps it very moist and it is not hard like if you do beef alone. I would crack my eggs in a bowl by it self then add them Incase they are spoil or for shells . Everything I do with eggs including baking cakes . Sir you and your daughter has a lovely father daughter relationship . You are so humble and soft spoken your cooking is great. Cooking is patient in the kitchen and they have so many seasoning you can choose what you like , because you not tasting his either , that’s my opinion . Continue your cooking great work and may God continue to bless you and your daughter in the kitchen .

I made these BBQ meatballs tonite and it was riduculously amazing. Family loved it. The meatballs were so light, airy,, and tender. The sauce was so flavorful and delicious with my tweaks to my own liking as any good cook does, especially when mimicking a recipe. I will make it again easily Thank you for the inspiration!!

Please make a seasoning line.. I'm not Jamaican but Deddy is the 1st person I got to when I'm cooking and as a new cook... My food is FIRE!!!!! so thank you and I have to add other seasoning to make up for what I dont have!! looking forward to his line of seasoning. I made these meatballs. I left out the first five ingredients coz I don’t like pieces of anything in my meatballs. But after that I followed the ingredients except instead of breadcrumbs I soaked white bread in buttermilk and crumbled them up. My family loved them.
