With the beans flour you can easily make akara or moi moi in minutes.i even washed black eye pea yesterday night for akara tomorrow lol.

With this beans powder, can one make fufu with it for kid? Because I always add it in pap but never try to make fufu with it. By the way, how are you doing sissy ☺
you can add it to regular flour and make tortillas, use it to thicken soups and dips, you can make chips out of it. Coming from a mom used to hiding vegetables in spaghetti sauces and such so the kids will be well fed, just use your imagination.
Black eye beans is not easy to peal with hand like the brown beans. This a most try for me because I do buy beans flour in store but I don't satisfied with the outcome whenever I used it. Thanks for sharing this with us it really helpful 👌can I dry it in the oven as there is no sun here
Black eyed peas in diaspora is the one that is very difficult to clean with hand, the one back home is much easier to peel with hands. It’s always better to make the flour yourself. Drying it on a low heat will be fine. I usually dry mine during summer and I make a lot. Thanks for watching, have a blessed weekend.
