Is there any need of putting preservatives before storage to longer period before usage ? If could be , what is the type and name of the preservatives prefer to do attain to that goal ? Thank you.
Oven will turn it to roasted yam. Most electric oven in the market their temperature range starts from 100 and above. So food dryer is best.. Drying in the sun will take time and atimes yam develop molds, insects like flies will perch on it, dusts and dirts will also land on the yam.
