Finally I can fulfill some of your requests
Today we make a homemade beer without hops using the ingredients you can find in supermarkets around the world. We will make a FAKE Dark Chocolate Stout Beer using:
Chocolate corn flakes 200 g
5 Cereals Muesli 200 g
Muscovado sugar 230 g
White sugar 30 g
Breakfast tea 2 bags
Instant coffee 3 teaspoons
Water 3 litres

Love homemade beer ideas. I've also had good luck using maple syrup instead of white sugar, gives an oak sort of taste that goes well with grain

This is actually how a lot of home distillers make their beer for making whisky. Minus the bottling ofcourse. It can also be done with pumpernickel instead of cereals. To do this, for 20 liters of water add 1500 g of pumpernickel and 2 kg of sugar. You might need some DAP feed for the yeast though.

Andrea, my mouth watered 🤤as you poured that beer and it formed that beautiful head - too bad it didn't stay for a chocolate stout mustache 🥸👍I love stout beer like Guinness or a Black and Tan 🥴 I love chocolate 🥰 and coffee 😍 too. There's so many craft breweries now, that a few years ago, I tried some that were brewed with coffee and one with chocolate that were spectacular!!! Very drinkable, I joked to a friend that I've found a breakfast beer😉Unfortunately they were VERY expensive and I couldn't find them anymore. You're are an amazing man Andrea, what I'd call a "renaissance man", you have many talents. I think my grandfather was a similar type of man. I never got to meet him, he died when my father was just a teenager in the 1930's 😥, but I've been told he was very talented. Thank you Andrea for these wonderful videos!

Great video as usual. One note is that when storing the yeast in the fridge you should vent the pressure that could build up inside the jar once week or two, otherwise you risk glass shards or even worse damage inside your fridge. Even at fridge temperatures, the yeast continues to work but at slower pace. The trub that you store, has still some potential for fermentation, so better be safe and release the pressure that can build up over time.

@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato Hey cuore, another tip I can give you is to skip yeast preparation, but at the end you just add just some apple peel inside the wort and fermentation will start.

When making beer any cereal grains with protein after the beer is done protein has positive thoughts vibes you super cool it in less then 15 minutes it clumps up to the negative bottom for a cleaner cleared beer at the end it takes practice but you'll see.

I tried Gallo Draft Beer some years ago and it was so good. Apparently, _they blocked the brand in Mexico_ and it was NOT fair. How do you think the *corn touch* could be achieved in a home-made beer using instant cereals? Thank you for this recipe. I loved it. I wonder if you are in Asia or Europe, but you should come to Mexico one day. I know you would enjoy it.

Best beer-like beverage I have been able to achieve so far (thanks so much). My next step is adding corn from cereals. It would be great if you decided to come here. I do this with Oats I toasted 2 cups of them or so 30 or so minutes tell golden brown at 350 and do that I put oats in a mesh bag and boil when ready after protein break I chill in less 15 minutes protein go-to bottom get the clear liquid at top I add the rest ingredients and ferment. I add 2 cups sugar per gallon and I make a dark simple syrup and add 1/4 to half cup of dark brown/black syrup per gallon can substitute with dark brown sugar if there's no sulfur added only to the dark brown sugar read ingredients on back sulfate means no good for brewing with it. I add and bitter black tea I did this when I was 14 I came up with this and told everyone around they loved my fake beer I add orange peels they loved that.
