Due to many requests, I will show you my Bhatsa Markhu recipe today. A very popular, Tibetan sweet dish that can be served as a dessert. It is often made on special events or festive days.
Ingredients:
200g flour
115ml water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
3 1/2 tablespoons ground dry cheese (parmesan works too)
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

Once during my 2 month school vacation, I visited my uncle in sera monastery in South India. They make salty, spicy version of bhatsa markhu and it is served as "dinner" at 5pm! It was tasty.

First of thank u it reminds me of my childhood n momola who was our neighbor. She passed away on 2003 bt i still miss her as she loved me as her own grand daughter n she taught me dis recipe n am loving it.
