10:30 The true sign of good food is when it makes you look around the room for somebody to slap just for daring to suggest you ever eat anything besides the magnificence that you just tasted
looks amazing! I braise beef in a similar way, I don't use clingfilm though. instead I use parchment paper soaked in a bit of water to make a cartouche and then place that on top of the food before braising. Thanks for the recipe mate ☺
This was good! I made it last night. I left out the cup and a half of oil in the brine and just dabbed a few table spoons of olive oil over my chix. Chicken creates enough oil on its own.
"He's telling you, keep your hands away, I will burn you. Okay, I hear you!" "Careful not to pop yourself, but if you do, take it like a G." This guy is pretty funny.
By far the best chef on here. Informative, funny, clear with how-to’s, definitely needs to be a regular. Instantly looked for his other videos after this.
Wonderful recipe, fantastic results. Just cooked this for my wife and she loved it. You bring an ease to cooking that is refreshing. You don't talk down to people and you keep the meal easy and accessible, well done. My only recommendation is to put up one or two frames with the recipe written out, a shot people can pause and get it all together.
I made this today!! I felt that the chicken by itself wasn't really flavored well... maybe I needed to marinade longer (I did 3 hours), but it was very moist and the crispy skin was great. My family liked the cooked veggies too. The berry vinaigrette was sooo good with both the salad and the chicken, it probably saved the chicken. I also went with a spinach salad since I hate kale. Still great!!
I know I’m like 3 years late to this party but oooweeee....I made this dish yesterday and it was amazing. Amazing! The only thing was it was a tad salty. I think the second cup of white wine added some salt. Next time I’ll know better. Even with a tad too much salt, the dish was still amazing. And the vegetable make a nice thick gravy of the drippings. Amazing. Thanks E-Dubble!!!!
I wish my man could cook me a dinner for once! That looks amazing and braising is my favorite method of cooking meat - its always "fall off the bone" tender!
throughout the whole thing he's all calm and collected but upon eating, you literally see what this dude's about; pure food. not the ratings, not the clicks, them foods
This look at 11:12 like he would give away something forbidden together with the music was just super funny and it looked like a scene from a video game. More of this guy, please. His videos are really good and funny... and the dish actually looks really good and tasty
I'll be honest, I wanted to make a funny comment but damn, good job. You seem to have a great easy going personality which is perfect for getting people into cooking.
frenk GNU stfu dude. If a white guy uses a form of art that a black person made, are you a culture vulture for using electricity, a computer, or your smart phone? You're the reason racism exists. Hating people because of their skin color is fucking old
