Today I am going to show you a recipe for one loaf of soft white bread. This bread makes perfect slices for sandwiches.

INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 cups (450 g) bread flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
2 Tbsp (29 g) sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbsp (56.5 g) unsalted butter (sub with 2 Tbsp cooking oil)
1 1/4 cups (296 ml) hot water

I just made a loaf today and I must say that it was by far the EASIEST bread recipe I’ve ever tried!! The bread turned out extremely moist,buttery and soft! (And I truly appreciate that eggs or milk weren’t required to make it!) 10/10 highly recommend! My family and I loved it! It turned out so good, that I have loaf #2 proofing as I type🤗 **UPDATE** I’ve made a total of 4 loafs of bread from this recipe and my family and I can’t get enough of it ‼️ Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful recipes with us 🥰🍞💜

The good bread at my grocery store deli is from 6-8 dollars per loaf. Last week I bought two 5lb bags of flour two for one for five dollars. I can make simple delicious bread with a kind of assembly line style process, food mixer, and minimal effort. Out of those two 5lb bags I can make at least 10 loaves of bread, probably more. The cost savings is huge.

To all who are thinking of making this bread, don't delay, make it now! It was AMAZING! Angelica gave perfect instructions and it was so easy to make. I've made a lot of bread and this is definitely one of the best recipes. I'm going to try it for dinner rolls next time. Thank you, Angelica!

First I would like to say your recipe is very good. I make it several times a week. Second. When I saw you use chop sticks I thought 'well, to each their own'. But I thought I would give them a try. I love using them. Mostly because there is not a messy spoon or whisk or hands. The chop sticks have very little on them and it just wipes off so easy! So thank you for the bread recipe and the helpful hint!

Lovely old fashioned soft white sandwich bread - Y U M‼️ Thank you! I used to make bread like this that took most of the day but after several spinal surgeries I've mostly used my bread maker except Italian bread which stops at the dough stage so I can finish by hand. After watching your recipe, I'm definitely going to have to make some hmmmmm I can almost taste it! You have a very soft, soothing voice and you take time to show every step - this would be a perfect video for someone to learn how to make real homemade bread. Thank you so much - you've given me inspiration to get baking 👩🏼‍🍳. I want to find a smaller loaf pan like yours, the taller bread looks amazing!!!

Great recipe!! I have tried different recipes but this one is the best. My both daughters love cheese sandwich for which I use supermarket bread, but after I made loaf from this recipe my daughters saying it's better than the shop. Thank you for sharing. I will be making this always....🙏🙏

Really nice bread recipe!! I'm addicted to bread making I have purchased some things to use, bowls, danish whisk, flour's etc. OH...... By the way...... Did I mention o have never tried it yet 🤣 There's just been things in my way.... No honestly! Now... I don't have an oven So I purchased a convection oven..like microwave size. Nope ... LoL It blows fuses in this old building where we are living for now. 😏 But it's ok I will keep watching these arnd learning and someday soon I pray I WILL make something that looks and taste's as good as this loaf does 🌷
