Only 2 videos in and I am loving this channel. Thanks for the informative concise delivery. As well as the tips and tricks for practical things like the freezer. Have you ever cased this sausage?

Why rib eye and not something like chuck? Does it make a big difference?

Thanks for the comment. Chuck has better flavor but is tougher. Also, traditionally in Korea bulgogi is made with ribeye.

Any cut of beef will work, including chuck, just make sure that it's ground.
