I watched another video about making caramel and it looked like they put a small amount in the pot first... With your measurement of 1.5 Cups, I'm going to add a half cup first and when that liquifies, I will then add the remaining cup which I'm thinking will incorporate and melt much faster... At least I hope so! That cake, though 😍
