I know there's a lot of variations to recipes but I've never seen pine made this way before. I like mine with pumpkin and sweet potato, pumpkin especially gives it a great flavor.
Looks scrumptious, definitely going to try this recipe, I love how you did not use a lot of grease. Some years ago I tried to eat one but it was just dripping grease, I was unable to eat it. But this one has my taste buds jumping to try it.

Great video....eating pone brings back a lot of childhood Christmas memories....my mum made quite the same except she adds sweet potatoes and a pinch of black pepper (which sounds crazy but it gives it a unique taste)
