We made this last night. You are correct, this is the cherry tomatoes & pasta video that should go viral. It was so delicious and very easy to make. I like that the measurements don't have to be precise, which is my kind of cooking. We love to cook and rarely eat at restaurants, even before the pandemic. This will be in our regular rotation of Italian meals. I grow lots of tomatoes in the summer and can't wait to make this with home grown cherry tomatoes. I showed your video to my wife so she would have an understanding of what we were trying to prepare. She says you're adorable.

My daughter gave me about a gallon of freshly picked succulent cherry tomatoes from her garden. I made this recipe and used Mascarpone for the first time. Will never use Philadelphia cream cheese again for this dish. Delicious! Thank you!

That’s a winner. Made tonight. Super creamy. I tried it just made, then tried about 2 hours later. Fantastic. Love it after it sets up for a while then adding the extra olive oil and pecorino.

Just made this dish and followed the recipe exactly. Only difference was I used Parmesan and linguine because I had it on hand and added some mushrooms I cooked separately. AMAZING! Once again another divine recipe thank you Vincenzo. I wanted to lick my plate clean this was so good.
Definitely going to try this soon! Since it was a Sunday, I combined the cherry tomatoes and basil with a nice blend of ricotta, lemon juice, olive oil and parmesano reggiano. Still delicious, but I need to pick up some Casarecco and marscapone. Beautiful dish Vincenzo!

Vincenzo, I cooked this today (with Philadelphia cheese instead of mascarpone). I put quite a lot of it + some Grana Padano I had in the fridge. The cheese might have made the dish more calorie and fat-rich, but I don't even care, it was AMAZING. The creamiest pasta I've ever done. Thank you.

I disagree. If you just eat real food like this you don't put on weight as long as you're not silly. What makes people fat and ill is processed food that's loaded with sugar, additives and chemicals. Real food and real cooking like this is the secret to good health both emotional and physical.

I used yellow cherry tomatos, so i had a complete yellow creamy sauce. Also both is allowed, pecorino or parmesan cheese. I used parmesan and it did go very well together, thanks Vincenzo, another great recipe 🤗

Yes....I made this yesterday and it was agreat succes!!! It's everything you said it would be! 300gr. of pasta was gone in 20 min., just my wife and I....I don't regret nothing!! That's how good it was! Thanks for the great recipe!

Well i can imagine the taste, but i think that the reason why tiktok pasta was viral, was because you don't need hand and legs to make it(not literally, but it's close)... I would still prefer to make something like this.
@@ibbeats5183 well not really... Tomatoes are nicely roasted, not baked. There is a certain technique to the cream making process. Like i said i preffer this version instead of the popular one. Usually, more steps means more flavor, and if you truly love to cook, you should play with all kind of cooking techniques... In the end, minor differences could make huge impact to the food flavor.

Lovely dish. Even changing from 'conventional' spaghetti to Casarecce adds to the appearance of the dish. Next time, I am going to use more than one tray of cherry tomatoes and, perhaps, a little less Mascarpone - to achieve a better balance. Altogether, a great dish. Please keep these recipes coming!

Hey Vincenzos, great recipe! I think a lot of italian chefs would have preferred to put a whole garlic clove into the oil at the beginning and then take it out when adding the tomatoes.
