Mrs. GINNNAAAA GIRL! I think my husband is going to want to renew vows after that enchilada sauce. Not hot but just a tad bit of spice but nothing to run to get a glass of water. That salt in the tomato sauce and bullion cube and broth really balances out that heat! Thank you so much! Can't WAIT till my husband tries these.

I make enchilada like you except I don't use tomato sauce in mine and mine is the consistency of gravy. Also fry my tortillas to make them pliable. I give you props for your sauce!!!! Hi Gina. Thanks for another yummy recipe. I wanted to tell you how I make my enchiladas with the flour tortillas. I completely cover the enchiladas with cheese put them in the oven melt the cheese then take them out then add enchilada sauce this way the tortillas don't get soggy this works very well.
