Gina, while my green beans were doing their thing I made the fudge. My hubby is so happy. He loves fudge. It’s expensive and sometimes hard. Maybe it not fresh. Mine turned out fantastic. Chicken Parmesan is my FAVORITE DISH so after watching your lemon pepper chicken wings video and immediately subscribing to your channel I started perusing your other recipes and was very excited to see that you had a Chicken Parm recipe! You are very good at explaining all aspects of your wonderful recipes from the ingredients and tools you need for the dish, how to prepare and cook it, as well as alternative ingredients, tips, and any explanations necessary to successfully make the dish! You also do an excellent job creating and editing your videos. They are well presented, instructional and informative. I really appreciate that you put a list of ingredients in the video's information page, and especially that you don't waste the viewers time with unesssesary, irrelevant chatter (which always annoys me greatly) and that you either move on to the next step in the process, or edit out time-wasters like waiting for water to boil or pasta to cook. I'm always surprised and annoyed by other cooking channels that don't edit that stuff out but instead fill that time with the aforementioned irrelevant and highly annoying chatter! Ugh! I've made decisions on whether or not to subscribe to cooking channels based on that one point alone, so subscribing to your channel was a no brainer for me. So continued success with your excellent channel. I'll keep watching and I will definately recommend it to my friends and family! Now I'm going to look for more of your excellent recipes and try to make the really hard decision about which recipe I'm going to make first!

I'm making this tonight. Simple, easy and delicious. I've made it before when the kids were much younger. I pray they like it. Lol I know my husband will.

I make chicken parmigiana often as it’s my family’s favorite. I’ve never tried pesto and will have to give it a try next time. How my sauce differs is I add red wine to mine as well as chopped Kalamata olives. Sooooo good. I also add a little bit of shredded parm to my Italian bread crumbs and Panko for a more crispy breading. Now I’m craving it....lol.

Mrz. Gina...it is so precious to me to hear you pray over your meal you have artfully made. I eat alone at nite now and hearing someone else pray is such a blessing and I just watch your wonderful videos at nite and pray with you! What a great meal. Thank you so much and love you 💖

OMG Gina! I made this last night and we all fell asleep on the couch lol. I did the extra garlic and sauteed mushrooms with my marinara. I had mozzarella so used that and parmesan. It came out so 💣💣💣 with the pesto too. Thanks Gina💯😘💜

Thank you, Sister Gina! I did not know what I had done wrong with my Chicken Parmesan. I used mozzarella cheese instead of provolone. I did not wash into egg, milk and flour. But only in bread crumbs, but I used Panko bread crumbs not Italian. Thank you for tutorials.

It's always fun to see how others make theirs. I've made chicken parmasian for a couple decades. I use Italian seasoned breadcrumbs too. I don't use pesto in my pasta. Fresh basil added to my jar of sauce is enough basil for me. I use mozzarella cheese and grated fresh parmasian reggiano. I always add some sauce to my baking dish before the chicken goes in, then add a little to the tops of the chicken, then add the cheese and bake.
